Returns & refunds policy

The 7-day window

You may return an unopened, unused item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Tell us within that window by WhatsApp or email and we will arrange collection.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping and replace or refund it in full. Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it without sending you back and forth.

What cannot be returned

Tinted paint is mixed to your chosen colour and cannot be resold, so tinted tins are not returnable unless they are faulty or we mixed the wrong shade. Opened tins of any paint cannot be returned for hygiene and contamination reasons.

Refund timing

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick condition check, refunds are issued within 5 working days. Card refunds can take a further few working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
